Bill Schneider

I was born and raised in a small town in Iowa, which was like growing up in Mayberry… without the accent. After graduating Iowa State University with a degree in Marketing, I move to Dallas, Texas for a job with PepsiCo.
It was an exciting time to be in the beverage industry during the “Cola Wars”. For those of us old enough to remember that era; The Pepsi Challenge, great commercials with Lionel Richie and Michael Jackson (we caught his hair on fire). As a Regional Sales Manager, I was responsible for converting a newly acquired local bottler in East Texas to PepsiCo’s systems and standards.
I worked for 2 builders over the past 16 years in the sales and marketing department as a new home sales consultant, sales manager and national sales trainer. It was exceptionally gratifying helping people through the home buying process and seeing them as satisfied customers. My philosophy is to gain a clear understanding of the wants and needs of my customers and provide them with all the information they need to make a good, well-informed decision.
