Scott Lindsley

Scott is a born and bred Charlottean. "I've seen a lot of changes in the past 40+ years, from a sleepy little southern town to the banking center we are today" says Scott of the dynamics growing up here.

After leaving Charlotte for Appalachian State University in 1992, he returned and entered the real estate appraisal field creating and building Lindsley Appraisal Services with a partner. In 1999, Scott founded Urban Realty and in 2003 sold and left the appraisal business to work as a Broker/Realtor full time. In the summer of 2009 Scott joined the My Townhome team to concentrate on center city and uptown condo projects and neighborhoods.

With over 18 years experience in Charlotte real estate, Scott can bring an innate knowledge of the ever- changing Charlotte market to assist his clients. For the listing side of the business, Scott works with anything from small commercial properties, uptown condos, and cool urban bungalows. With 11 years in the appraisal business, Scott makes sure his client's property is priced right, is competitive with other listings in the market, and will move quickly.
