Tim McCollum grew up in Northeast Charlotte with two brothers. Tim attended a private college in Virginia where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business. After college, Tim returned to Charlotte and began his career selling real estate Uptown where he has helped people purchase homes for almost 7 years. In 2010, Tim completed his Master's degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University in their Executive Program while he continued to work through the two year program. The primary focus of the program was to build more strategic business and critical thinking skills which he has applied to his real estate career.
At My Townhome/Maison Properties, Tim specializes in providing customized advisory and brokerage services to clients allowing them to realize their short term and long term investment goals. Through applying the critical thinking skills, Tim is helping investors reach their investment goals by providing financial analysis of investments in real estate.
