Treva McCain

Treva began her involvement in Real Estate as a Financial Analyst for a major land development company. She quickly found that she loved the business and became a licensed Broker in 2000. She was promoted to Executive Vice President of the company, and served as Broker-in-Charge, developing more than 2,400 residential lots in 45 developments encompassing 3 states.

Treva joined My Townhome in 2010 to head up the company's property management efforts. Property management comes as second nature to Treva. She loves the interaction with owners and tenants. ”It is extremely rewarding to relieve owners of the burden of properties they are no longer able to live in, and in many cases, have been unable to sell. It is equally rewarding to help tenants with their need for quality housing."

Treva, her husband Mark, and grandson Timothy live in Waxhaw, where they share their farm with various livestock. Treva is also a published textile designer, and teaches monthly classes in the needle arts.
