Langley is a native of the Charlotte region, having grown up in Cabarrus County, and has lived and worked in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. Throughout the past two decades, she has witnessed and participated in the transformation of Charlotte to a true urban center with many housing options and lifestyle choices. In 2002, Langley moved to the South End neighborhood just outside of uptown Charlotte to take advantage of its proximity to fine dining, cultural and sporting events, and transportation options such as the Lynx light rail line. Langley is focused on customer service and has a network of professionals to help each transaction go smoothly.

Experience

Langley has had a long-time interest in the real estate industry, and she has personal experience in many types of property ownership issues, having custom designed and built a new house; extensively renovated older homes; owned large suburban residences and efficient urban condominiums; bought and sold vacant lots; worked with developers on new construction and conversion projects; and bought and managed investment properties, including long-term, short-term, and vacation rentals.
