Philip is a North Carolina native and has lived and worked in the Charlotte region for over 20 years. Throughout the past two decades, he has witnessed and participated in the transformation of Charlotte to a true urban center with many housing options and lifestyle choices. In 2002, Philip moved to the South End neighborhood just outside of uptown Charlotte to take advantage of its proximity to fine dining, cultural and sporting events, and transportation options such as the Lynx light rail line. While Philip concentrates on real estate in the center city and surrounding neighborhoods, he has also facilitated transactions in surrounding counties and he is licensed in both North and South Carolina.
